Prysmian Components offers cable glands for a wide range of requirements from
simple industrial applications to hazardous areas, on and offshore.
All Industrial Cable glands area designed and manufactured in accordance with
either BS6121 or EN50262, which are the prevailing UK and European design and performance standards
applicable.
All Hazardous Area Glands are designed and manufactured in accordance with the
requirements of the ATEX Directive - 94/9/EC.Accrediations have been obtained from SIRA, UL and
CSA. They are also recognised by DEMKO, NEMKO, Lloyds Register of Shipping, Shell etc.
Prysmian Cable Glands are manufactured under a BS EN ISO 9001 quality system and
designed to meet stringent national and international standards.
